Friends and family members watch as the first “class” of preschoolers graduate from Compass Early Learning Program. Next week these children will enter the school by a different door to join their siblings and neighbours in their first year of public education. The event indicated that their queuing skills will likely be tested, as staff found orchestrating the traditional graduation hat-toss photo next to impossible with their excited and spontaneous students. If only there was a way to bottle that energy!
