Celia Hunter At the Public Budget Meeting held Tuesday evening, members of the public were encouraged to come forward with their thoughts and suggestions on what kind of tax increase they felt was appropriate after hearing the explanation for a proposed tax increase from the Director of Finance/Treasurer Kimberley Pope.
