Centennial Place is once again hosting a free Tax Clinic for qualifying individuals. Taxpayers with individual income of less than $35,000 or family income less than 45,000 in 2023 are eligible for this service. Bring all tax forms, slips and rent or property tax information to Centennial place where volunteers who call themselves the Happy Wanderers will complete your tax return free of charge.
After completing returns for residents of the facility, the clinic opens to the public on a first-come, first served basis at 10 am on Tuesday, March 18 and runs until 3pm.
Be prepared to wait, as this popular service attracts many applicants.
