Good Times at The Fifth Annual Scarecrow Festival

Scarecrows of all sizes and shapes took up residence on doorsteps, benches and lamp posts last Saturday in downtown Millbrook for the fifth annual Scarecrow Festival, organized by the Downtown BIA.
