Karen Graham Peterborough Northumberland Crime Stoppers launched a major fundraising event sponsored and hosted by Galerie Q of Cavan last weekend. The idea for the event was hatched a year ago by retired OPP Officer Paul Shaughnessy during a dinner with the gallery owner.
