A press release from the Otonabee Region Conservation Authority states that the chain-link fence erected earlier this spring to keep the public safe while Otonabee Conservation worked to address the dangers caused by subsurface erosion of the Millbrook Dam is scheduled for removal the week of December 15, 2014.
