Sue and Bob Hosang of The Chocolate Castle in Millbrook, who retired this past week, will be greatly missed on the main street. They have been active participants in the life of the village, supporting local groups and special events. Sue has hosted the annual Christmas in the Village Gingerbread House contest and exhibit, and Bob has served on the Economic and Development Advisory Committee. Besides the truffles and ice cream cones, Sue’s exquisite gift baskets for special occasions and fundraising events will be especially missed.
