Chanelle Courville:
I believe my professional experience, community involvement, and genuine commitment to Cavan Monaghan make me uniquely suited to serve as your ward 3 Councillor.
I work for the federal government as a Policy Analyst with the Legislative Policy and Regulatory Affairs Branch. While my work is based at headquarters in Ottawa, I proudly do that work from my heritage home here in Mill-brook. My career has given me experience with legislation, budgeting, education and training, Indigenous reconciliation, and major project development.
But professional experience is only part of what makes a good councillor.
I have been actively involved in our community for several years, not simply because there is an election. That commitment will not change if I am elected. I will continue supporting local organizations and being present where our community needs me, not just for the big events or when votes are needed, but throughout the years.
My platform focuses on practical improvements that strengthen our community: increasing accessibility to sports and recreation, sup-porting programs that help residents age in place, and creating stronger communication between residents and their Councillor. Visit chanellecourvilleforcouncillor.com for more information on my platform.
I am not running just to have the title of Councillor or for the pay cheque. I am running because I genuinely value Cavan Monaghan and want to help our Township become everything it can be.
As you decide who to support, I encourage you to thoroughly vet all candidates. Look beyond loyalty, familiarity, and a temporary presence during an election campaign. Ask yourself who has been invested in our community before the election and who will continue to be invested regardless of the result.
Your vote is your voice. Choose the person who will continue to show up for Ward 3 long after the signs come down.

Lance Nachoff:
Greetings residents of Cavan Monaghan. For those that do not know me I am Lance Nachoff, the current Councillor for Ward 3 – Millbrook in our Township.
It has been my pleasure to have served the people of Ward 3, and the township as a whole for the past 4 year term. This entire experience has been one of the greatest things I have done in my life.
I hope the people I serve feel I have represented their collective best interests, effectively allocated their tax dollars, and helped to build towards the future of our community with integrity, diligence and conviction.
I have lived in Millbrook for the past 16 years, having worked at various local area companies in various capacities. My background is in Finance, Marketing and Business Administration, with experience serving on numerous boards and local committees, including the Millbrook FoodShare, BIA, Cavan Monaghan Historical Society, Millbrook Valley Trails, and Ganaraska Regional Conservation Authority to name a few.
In addition, my wife and I are the owners of the Mill-brook Mercantile, which we have operated in the village since 2019. Over the years we have supported local charities and youth sports including the Millbrook Food Share, Community Care, 4th Line Theatre and Cavan FC to name a few.
I am always available to talk in person, either at the store or I can come to visit with you. Contact me at (705) 930-1879 or lnachoff@yahoo.ca.
If you would like a comprehensive breakdown of my platform, and things I support, as well as my vision for our community in the future please contact me and I can send you something directly.
I hope to see everyone at the All Candidates debate on Thursday October 8th at Kawartha Downs from 7-10 pm.
Thank you for your support, Lance Nachoff.

Linda Coulter:
I am Linda Coulter and I am running for Councillor in Ward 3because I believe my experience, perspective and connection to this community can bring value to the council table.
I have lived in Cavan Monaghan my entire life and have experienced our community as a rural resident, parent, homeowner and neighbour.
For the past 17 years I have worked in Public Health where listening to people, finding solutions, advocating for others and working collaboratively have been at the heart of what I do every day.
Cavan Monaghan is changing quickly, and I believe we need to manage that growth thoughtfully. I want to support responsible development while protecting our rural character, agricultural lands, water resources and the things that make our community unique.
I believe residents deserve an accessible and accountable councillor. I will listen to concerns, bring them forward, explain council decisions and regularly report back to residents on the issues that affect them.
We have a chance to shape the future of our community in a more thoughtful and positive way, and I would welcome the opportunity to be part of that process.
