St. Paul’s Cemetery Board is making progress on work to restore this landmark.
The trustees for St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery are happy to announce that the chapel bell has been restored & has been mounted back into the bell tower. B&R Jackson Construction was hired for this project of mounting the bracket, sandblasting brackets & bell, painting, installing steel brackets, repairing overhang & re-installing bell rope.
This mortuary chapel dates back to 1897. Thank-you to the community for your donations.
Our goal is to continue to restore this chapel to some form of its previous glory, to honour the heritage, the land, & those who have passed this way.
The cemetery & chapel are located at 1304 Zion Line, southeast of Millbrook.
