Thank you, Kimberley Payne

For many years, Kim Payne has written a column offering practical, common sense advice to help readers keep fit and motivated to pursue a healthy lifestyle. As a member of the Inscribe Christian Writer’s Fellowship, she combines her commitment to physical fitness with a desire to improve spiritual health through her writing.

Kimberley recently relocated to Buckhorn with her daughter, son-in-law, and granddaughter allowing her to invest in her own family every day. In addition, she has secured permanent employment at Fleming College as the Academic Administrative Assistant to the Dean of the Schools of Health & Wellness and Justice & Community Development.

Despite her full agenda, her love of writing persists, and she has recently published a short book entitled Get the Skinny: Answers to 45 Frequently Asked Health and Fitness Questions which is available on Amazon. It is a self-help book aimed at women that debunks the myths and promotes the practices that contribute to healthy living. Good luck in your new home and career! KG
