Supporting Local Artisans and Craftspeople

Relaxing public health measures allowed more vendors to participate in last Sunday’s Millbrook Farmers’ Market.

As you can imagine, when you buy from big retailers, already wealthy shareholders and overpaid executives barely even notice.

It is a very different experience for local artisans, a customer really does count and is cause for celebration because you are truly making a difference in real people’s lives. Not only are you recognizing them for their skills and knowledge and the uniqueness of their products; you are also keeping creative, micro businesses alive in our community.

At the Millbrook Farmers Market we welcome several artisan vendors who hand craft beautiful products. When you purchase products from local artisans or craftspeople, you will find yourself in possession of high-quality items you cannot find anywhere else. Not only will you love your one of a kind find, but you’ll make some independent designers, makers, sellers very happy as well.

Join us on July 25th from 10 AM to 1 PM and come out to meet some of our local artisans and craftspeople.
