On Sunday June 3rd, St. Thomas More Catholic Church hosted its 2nd Annual Parish and Community Fun Day/BBQ. The event which included games for children, face painting, the very popular dunk tank, plus free hamburgers, hotdogs and beverages was well attended. Many thanks to all the volunteers from St. Thomas More who made the Fun Day possible and a great success. Also thank you to Fr. Craig Cruickshank, and other brave members of the parish, for volunteering to ‘get dunked’. Fr. Craig, who’s final Sunday Mass in Millbrook will be on June 23rd, was thanked for his 4 years at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, with best wishes on his on his new assignment as Parish Priest at St. Joseph Catholic Church in Bowmanville.
Proceeds from donations amounting to $226 were donated to the Millbrook Foodshare.
