On February 17th, the Sunday Night League (SNL) hosted a hockey tournament in support of the new community centre with eight local teams participating. In a generous gesture of community support, the two top teams, Silver Creek Farms and Westmore Electric, graciously donated their prize winnings back to the organizers, adding $550 to the amount raised.
