Shield Source Incorporated (SSI), a manufacturer of self-luminous life safety signs located at the Peterborough Airport, has completed the decontamination and clean-up of their facility. The CNSC has issued a Licence to Abandon which confirms that SSI has provided adequate evidence that the clean-up is complete and allows SSI to leave the facility for unrestricted commercial use.
On March 31, 2014, SSI submitted to the CNSC their 2013/2014 Annual Compliance Report which included the Environmental Compliance Report and a Closure Report.
