Quilting is a relatively new fascination for Philippa Skjaveland who, together with husband Erik, is the owner of Kawartha Quilting Services of Millbrook. Last week Philippa gave the Millbrook Needlers an introduction to their business at the group’s monthly meeting in the Centreville Hall.
