Fall is back and so are the players participating in the Puck & Stick as they took to the BIG ICE on September 23rd at the new Cavan Monaghan Community Centre for their inaugural skate. For the past number of years the Puck & Stick (adult based program for residents 45+ years, use of pucks and sticks only) have enjoyed skating at the Old Millbrook Arena, but have stepped up their game to the bigger ice surface. The Puck & Stick hockey is held on on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 10:00 AM with a public skating charge of $3.00. Lace up those skates and join the players for an enjoyable skate and demonstrate your hockey skills.
