I am asking for your support to serve again as Trustee for Kawartha Pine Ridge District School Board.
There is nothing more important than a strong public education system that works for all students. Our world is changing and we need to ensure that every child has what they need to reach their full potential. The skills and knowledge our students need today are very different those required a generation ago. We need to continue to support all students and recognize the passion in each child to allow them to be successful in the future. Every parent knows their child best and schools and parents need to work together as students learn and grow. As your voice in education, I understand the needs of our growing community and will continue to bring those to the forefront. Each of our communities is unique, as are our students. I have worked hard to meet those needs and will continue to do so on your behalf.
While my fellow candidate has publicly withdrawn and stated she is not seeking the position, due to the timing of this both names will appear on the ballot. I am asking for support to be your strong and passionate voice for public education. Our kids are our future! Please vote to keep your voice heard and strengthen our communities.
