Celia Hunter An appeal of the Environmental Review Tribunal’s decision with regard to the Sumac Ridge industrial wind turbine project has been filed directly with the Minister of the Environment. The appeal, asking that the decision be revoked, is based on a number of points made by the ERT in its ruling.
