It’s a real compliment when experience realtors purchase a home in your community. Knowledgeable and discriminating, real estate experts like Peter Dewsbury have seen plenty, on both ends of the spectrum. So when he and his wife Nicole, who is also a realtor, came to check out Millbrook after seeing an ad in their local paper in Whitby two years ago, they could chalk it up to market research. More visits ensued, which included shopping and dining, until they took the leap and secured a lot in the new development on Highland Blvd. backing onto the ponds and trail connecting the development to town. The couple has embraced life in the village since their arrival in July, joining the roster of patients at the new dental clinic and hosting a party at Millbrook Valley Chocolates. This month, Peter made a professional move as well, joining Kathie Lycett, Greg Ret and Jordie Westbrook at Bethany Real Estate in Millbrook. It sounds like the couple is here to stay!
