New Partnership to Provide Broad Movement, Wellness and Community in Millbrook

Amanda Willett, pictured left, and Robyn Carter will host an Open House to introduce the community to the wide range of dance and wellness programs that will be offered at the Millbrook studio this fall.

Robyn Carter of Premiere Studio of Dance is extending the programs and services at the Millbrook dance studio through a new partnership with Millbrook resident Amanda Willett this fall as she invites Willett’s Healing Arts Collective to provide classes, workshops and other programs in the dance studio at 44 King St. East.

The idea for this wellness initiative began during the pandemic, when Amanda Willett became acutely aware of the trauma many suffered during the extended periods of isolation and the severe toll it took on many people. She sought to alleviate the suffering through healing, on-line training and established the Healing Arts Collective. This is a community-driven initiative dedicated to nurturing holistic health, well-being and resilience through a variety of classes, workshops and events delivered by a diverse network of yoga instructors, healing arts practitioners, and wellness educators. This new programming will be available this fall at the Premiere Dance Studio in Millbrook.

On June 22nd, the community is invited to an Open House at Millbrook’s Premiere Studio of Dance from noon to 4pm where Amanda and Robyn will introduce the new wellness initiative led by the Healing Arts Collective and showcase Premiere Dance Studio’s summer classes and camps. Attendees at the event will have the opportunity to learn about the new wellness program offerings, meet dance and wellness program instructors, watch class demos, participate in mini healing sessions, tour the studio, learn about upcoming programing and membership opportunities and secure a spot in the extensive fall program schedule.

At the event, Amanda will introduce the full fall schedule of Healing Arts Collective classes and workshop offerings which will include meditation, yoga, somatic movement, expressive arts. The organization fosters a supportive environment where individuals and families can explore mind–body practices, build resilience, and connect meaningfully with others.

This partnership reflects a shared vision of fostering health, expression, and connection for all ages in our community,” says Amanda Willett, founder of Rituals for Recovery. “We are creating a space where movement, creativity, and healing come together.”

Whether you’re interested in weekly dance classes for any level, healing arts, or both, this event offers something for the whole family.

Drop into the studio on June 22ndto join others in the community seeking to celebrate movement, wellness, and community in the heart of Millbrook.
