Dr. Mark Robinson will be coming to establish a practice at the Millbrook Medical Centre in early September.
Dr. Robinson is currently completing his Family Practice residency at the University of Toronto. He is keen to work in a rural setting, but plans, at this stage, to settle with his wife in Peterborough where he grew up. He learned about the opportunity here in Cavan Monaghan through the Physician Recruitment Program headed up by John MacDonald.
Dr. Robinson will be accepting patients of Dr. Liston’s who wish to be on his roster. He will, however, limit his patient load by accepting only those from the Cavan Monaghan area, and asking residents of communities such as Port Hope and Lindsay to seek a physician closer to home, where there are practices accepting new patients.
