New Art in the Library Installation

Cavan Monaghan’s resident Anne Corke’s photographs are on display in Keene.

This month a new photography exhibit will begin in the Keene library, featuring pieces produced by Anne Corke.  A retired IT professional, Anne now lives in Cavan Monaghan with her two Lakeland Terriers. Her favourite subject to photograph is nature, from panoramic landscapes to macro views of flowers. The endless patterns and colours of the natural world continually amaze her. Anne also enjoys dogs, writing, gardening and road trips (to take photographs of course!). For her, the most appealing aspect of both photography and gardening is the unique perspective that each of us brings to the hobbies. Anne is the coordinator of East Central Therapy Dogs and a life member of the Canadian Kennel Club.  Her work will be on display until the end of April.  Drop in to the library which is located at 3252 County Rd 2, in Keene which is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 7:30 and Saturdays from 10:00 to 3:00.
