Last month Millbrook’s downtown area was invaded by another film crew. On Friday, July 23rd, scenes for an episode of Netflix series called “Guillermo del Toro’s Cabinet of Curiosities.” The series features a collection of spooky, hour-long episodes under the direction of Academy award-winning Hollywood Director Guillermo del Toro. Pictured is a memorial set up by the crew at the foot of the steps to the Millbrook Post Office. Ironically, a hose was required to wet the pavement for the scene, which was filmed during one of the few days that month without rain. KG
