Pictured is a bend in the creek along one of Millbrook Valley Trail’s scenic paths. Millbrook resident Maia McLean is one of many residents who appreciate this beautiful resource that is diligently managed by volunteers. She encourages us to explore these trails and discover how spending time in such a calm and beautiful landscape can help us feel better both physically and emotionally.
I have been a life-long user of our trail system, right from when I was a baby, and often take it for granted. Our community is so lucky to have the Millbrook Valley Trails so conveniently close to the heart of our village! They are gorgeous, extensive, and well-maintained. I want to thank the Trail Committee and volunteers for putting so much time and effort into maintaining our beautiful trails, and for caring about giving us recreational access to our surrounding forests and creeks. I have taken great joy in this access, and would also like to encourage other community members to get out there and enjoy for themselves and their families, and see what amazing work the Trail Committee does! We are uniquely lucky, so let’s all take advantage!
