Look what some of the Millbrook Community Care clients are doing to keep active during quarantine.  These ladies are keeping fit while doing chair yoga in own home! Great job ladies – good for the body, mind & soul.

Practicing yoga has many benefits for both mental and physical health.  It incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses to enhance relaxation, flexibility and reduce stress.  Want to share yoga remotely? Contact the office for the schedule/invite.  Karen Morton 705 932 2011
