Millbrook & Area Garden Club Meeting Features Discussion about Pollinators

On Wednesday September 5th the Millbrook & Area Garden Club will welcome guest speaker Sean James on the topic “B4 Gardening: Beautiful Blooms for Birds and Bees” with a discussion about pollinators, how to attract them and other desirable wildlife to our gardens; how biodiversity will benefit your garden, and how incredibly beautiful it can be.  The meeting starts at 7:30 at St. Thomas Anglican Church Hall.

Sean James is a Master Gardener and graduate of the prestigious Niagara School of Horticulture, with over 30 years of horticultural experience. Sean is a teacher, writer and speaker. He runs Sean James Consulting and Design, an environmentally friendly company which uses eco-friendly materials, as well as recycling, composting and promoting responsible use of biological controls. The company oversees construction projects, combining horticultural knowledge with an eye for aesthetics and eco-initiatives such as rain water handling, habitat creation and biodiversity.
