Last weekend, House league teams at the local soccer club had a fun-filled introduction to their season as the club hosted their first Canada Soccer Active Start festival at Maple Leaf Park. All teams up to U12 joined the fun, getting ready for the season spending some time with their new teams, making the transition into a new season a little easier. At the festival were kids activities, a bouncy castle and a BBQ. With 1200 registered players in the house league division, this club continues to provide fun, exercise and character-building to youth in our community and beyond. KG
