Allan Packman is doing his best Tom Hanks impersonation as he rides the Polar Express float prepared by Otonabee Massage and Wellness of Bailieboro. Reports indicate that this was one of the best parades ever, with 17 floats, marching bands and of course Santa dropping by for a visit. KG
