Cavan Monaghan resident Melisande Neal, well known as our resident Red Cross Swim instructor, received a Volunteer Service Award at the Victoria Park Armoury in Lindsay on Friday, May 9, for 30+ years of volunteer service with the Peterborough La Leche League.
