Dave Brackenridge addressed the audience for the official grand opening of the Millbrook Dam in November of 2019. The finishing touch will be the installation of permanent panels describing the role the pond and mill have had in the area. Temporary versions of the panels designed and written by local historian Celia Hunter are currently on display at the Millbrook Branch of the Cavan Monaghan Library.
