Steve Hunt of Precision Renovations has satisfied customers from Cobourg to cottage country.
Steve Hunter has been in the renovation business for more than 30 years. Originally located just north of Cobourg, Steve relocated to Cavan three years ago to be more centrally located to his customers who come from Cobourg, Peterborough and cottage country.
Hunter loves to design on his feet- he can walk into a room and visualize how to best use the space, based on the hundreds of transformations he has managed. Even though he has ideas, he makes sure the customer’s own vision is reflected in the final product. His job is to tease out the details of that sometimes vague concept when it’s not that clear to his customers. He takes pride in his ability to understand their goals and interpret their ideas.

This is easily achieved with little disruption for the client. Sometimes, the whole kitchen needs a revisit, due to poor flow and layout, and possibly the removal of walls to open up the living space. Special features such as islands, angled cabinets, specialty drawers and crown moulding are some of the many options in major kitchen jobs.

He suggests customers keep in mind the long-term effect of renovations on the value of their home.
