Musicians add to the festive atmosphere at the Millbrook Farmers’ Market which returns later this month.
Here we grow again! The Millbrook Farmers’ Market is gearing up for another great season of fabulous local food, fun and entertainment for the whole family. The market runs monthly from April to October, on the 4th Sunday of the month. The first market of the year takes place on Sunday, April 28, 10am to 1pm at the Old Millbrook School, 1 Dufferin Street.
We are excited to have several new vendors join us this season, including G. Fenton Farms (artisanal chicken), Kitchen Farmacy (lunch/brunch fare), Ontario Cheeses, Pinewynd Farm (pork), Pottery by Janette, Rude Awakening Granola Products, Sweet Song Herbals and Wylde Folk Farm & Apothecary. This brings our total count to over 30 market vendors – our largest complement to date. You can also expect to find some special guest vendors throughout the season.
As usual, we will have a full roster of wonderful local musicians to entertain you. The Millbrook Public Library will be back with their ever popular used book sale and the Millbrook EarlyOn Child and Family Centre will have lots to do for the kids.
