A reluctant spring has finally arrived and we are all taking a deep breath, appreciating the flora and fauna that have been in hiding for so many months. As we hurry about doing our thing, let’s take time to appreciate all we have around us, and if we need to, spruce up our attitudes as we spruce up our yards. Get outside, and not just to cut grass or weed the garden. Put away that “to do” list for a few hours and strum your guitar, take a hike, read a magazine, or take a nap. With a new perspective, that list might not look so daunting and might even shrink by itself! Like the L’Oreal commercial tells us, we’re worth it, just some of us more than others. KG
