According to Kyle Phillips, Chief Building Official and By-law Enforcement Officer for the Township of Cavan Monaghan, the property boundaries on either side of that part of Collins Lane, between Centre and King Streets in Millbrook have been staked in the field, and the question of pedestrian access has been resolved.
