On Thursday December 11, the Environmental Review Tribunal heard detailed testimony by Mr. Ron Taylor, Director of Development for the City of Kawartha Lakes and from Heather Stauble, Councillor for Ward 16, where 15 wind turbines are planned, five of them approved by the provincial Ministry of the Environment as the Sumac Ridge project.
