Casting Announced for 4th Line Theatre’s 27th Season

This season will showcase a returning favourite as well as a world premiere: Ian McLachlan and Robert Winslow’s beloved play Crow Hill: The Telephone Play, directed by Deb Williams; and the highly anticipated world premiere of Who Killed Snow White?, written by renowned playwright Judith Thompson and directed by 4th Line Theatre’s Managing Artistic Director Kim Blackwell.

With Who Killed Snow White? is based on Judith Thompson’s play and has been in development since 2011.  Blackwell says the theatre group is proud to premiere this beautiful, challenging and fascinating work by one of Canada’s finest playwrights this summer.  The play will feature a cast of 26 professional and volunteer actors. Cynthia Ashperger will be returning to 4th Line after appearing in The Berlin Blues in 2011, and will be joined onstage by The Hero of Hunter Street playwright, Maja Ardal, who will be making her 4th Line acting debut.
