The design for the Distillery Street Bridge in Millbrook, scheduled for replacement by the County, which is responsible for all bridges, has been upgraded from the basic design proposed by the County, at a cost to be borne by the townshp. The bridge is described by Councillor Belch as a “gateway opportunity”, close to the Trailhead at Medd’s Mountain and Needler’s Mill.
