Welcoming a room filled with local business people, community members and volunteers, BIA Chairperson Bonnie McQuarrie credited the many positive changes and successes in the past year in downtown Millbrook to the fact that the organization is following its mandate of beautification and promotion.
Kay Matthews, Executive Director of the Ontario BIA Association was the guest speaker at the BIA Community Dinner held Tuesday, October 21 at the Millbrook Legion Hall.
