Friendship Force is a group of folks on the Autism spectrum who enjoy meeting every Tuesday from 1 pm to 4 pm at the CMCC to talk, do crafts, play music and play games and socialize together. We often take local trips where we have had lunch at the airport, attended Petes games at the Memorial Centre and visited local places such as our new Fire Hall. We have also had the benefit of hearing from a variety of interesting guests from the community who talk about their lives and careers.
During our time together we make friends, play Bells in our own band, write stories and most importantly we support each other. We welcome anyone who would enjoy visiting with us to tell us about their jobs, their hobbies, or share stories of interest. We love meeting new people and learning new things.
