Annie Smith (centre) with participants in her group fitness classes currently on offer for participants of all abilities at the CMCC on Tuesdays from 10:30 and Thursdays from 11:35 until May 2nd. The forty-five minute classes include a variety of exercises using equipment she provides, such as BOSU balls and are available on a drop-in basis. She brings 29 years of experience as a certified personal trainer and an appreciation for the importance of fitness having suffered a cardiac event nine years ago.
