Maple Leaf Cavan Football Club Celebrates Trillium Grant at Canada Day Celebrations

Soccer Club executives breathed a collective sigh of relief as the skies cleared during the afternoon of July 1^st prior to the Canada Day celebrations at Maple Leaf Park.  The festivities kicked off with the presentation of an Ontario Trillium Grant in the amount of $54,100 presented by local volunteer Ramesh Makhija, which has been used to purchase new soccer nets, benches and a storage shed for the organization…
