New Mayor Outlines Council Challenges

Cavan Monaghan Township’s new Council for 2014-2018 was sworn in by Clerk Elana Arthurs at a ceremony on Tuesday, December 9, 7 pm, at the Township municipal gymnasium with approximately 35 in attendance.
