Fern Armstrong Aims For Deputy Mayor Position

Former Millbrook Ward councillor Fern Armstrong has filed nomination papers, putting her name forward for the position of Deputy-Mayor of Cavan Monaghan Township. Also in the running for Deputy Mayor is the current mayor, John Fallis.
