Trout Unlimited kindly offered to plant more trees Millbrook South Cavan Public School. They purchased trees from Richardson tree farm at a discounted price. We needed some help to get the trees planted, so we called Town and Country. It takes a lot of help to plant the trees. So a former student, Alec Dart, donated supplies and volunteered his time. It was fun for the younger students to see the loader truck moving about and witness the planting of the trees!

Millbrook South Cavan Public School appreciates the help of Cori Carveth/Millbrook Trout Unlimited and staff from Town & Country Property Maintenance who brought machines to help dig and plant new trees in the yard of the school in September.
As a Millbrook South Cavan Public School student I was very excited to see that we got five maple trees planted around the school yard and five cedar trees were planted in the outdoor classroom. Every day now we get to enjoy seeing the trees around the school yard.
