The Peterborough Guild of Arts and Crafts proudly presents the 44th Annual Hand of Man Art & Craft Sale. This is the longest running craft show in the Kawarthas! Their 3-day event attracts over 3,000 people each year and features over 100 at-home crafters and artisans from across the province.

The Hand of Man started as a platform for the Guild members to showcase and sell their handmade items. Over the years, the event has grown to include non-members who share their love of painting, sewing, baking, woodworking, pottery, fibre art, and more. This must-see event continues to be a multi-generational, family friendly craft show.

The $3 admission (children under 12 are free) helps support local charities and charitable organizations.  In 2018, the Guild donated a total of $7,500 to YWCA, Brock Mission/Cameron House, Salvation Army, Kawartha Food Share, Kawartha Wildlife Centre, Five Counties, and The Warming Room/One Roof. The Guild members ensure that the money they raise returns directly to our local community.
