Ten local organizations joined together to participate in a Volunteer Fair to find fresh troops to keep their organizations running smoothly.
You could say that the demand for volunteers exceeded the supply at last week’s Volunteer Fair hosted by the Cavan Monaghan Library staff. Participants hoped to secure new volunteers to help them through the upcoming season of special events and activities in the community. It’s never too late to offer your services, so here are the organizations looking for help and how to reach them to find a way to donate your time and expertise to a good, local cause.
