Sumac Ridge Hearing on February 10

There will be a Environmental Review Tribunal hearing in preparation for the appeal launched against the Sumac Ridge Wind Farm on Monday, February 10 to consider any objections raised to the presentations submitted by Presenters and Participants by wpd Canada or the Ministry of the Environment, and to address motions to strike and deny certain parties and/or statements. All statements and presentations were due on February 5. The hearing on February 10 will also consider any constitutional questions and review expert witnesses. The hearing will take place in the Kawartha Room at the Howard Johnson Motel in Lindsay.
