Beginning this September story time is moving away from the typical “story time model”. We are venturing into new territories using the play-based learning model for young children. We will still read a story or two, rhyme along, or sing-a-song, BUT will replace the craft time with play time! The Cavan Monaghan Libraries will be using the S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) template for our new programming. We will begin with a six-week program using Math and Play!
