evening, April 14, answering questions and listening to suggestions and ideas from ratepayers at the Open House hosted by the developer at the Cavan Monaghan Municipal Office. Story boards were on display around the perimeter of the gym, detailing proposed traffic design and sub-division lay-out, results of drill hole testing, and a list of specifications for lot sizes to be included in a zoning by-law amendment.
