Public Works Director Wayne Hancock, along with Wayne Clark, senior project engineer with WSP Canada Inc, met with the Board of Management for Millbrook’s Business Improvement Area (BIA) last week to describe the excavations being planned for King Street in the business block between Tupper and Union/Hay streets this summer.
